Things I love, in general: Aliens made us do it, amazing hair, angst, animal sidekicks/pets, antisocial geniuses, bi- or pansexuality, bittersweet endings, blood, boys in eyeliner, chaotic neutral or similar characters, chocolate, comedy, cooking, dark themes, death, dragons, drag queens, dress uniforms/suiting up, double agents, dub-con, established pairs bringing in a mutual third, evil cliffhanger endings, femslash, fluff, found family, geekboys, geekery, geekgirls, gen, glasses (and/or glasses!kink), goddesses/gods, goth or punk AUs, happy endings, het, hijinks, hurt/comfort, illness, insanity, kitties, meta, OT3s, ploty things, random little life/death snippets, shenanigans, shiny things, slash, snark, sneaking, sparkly things, spies, spunky chicks, squee, team-as-family, tomboys, tough-on-the-outside bishies, tricks and tricksters, unhappy endings, whump… and more, I'm sure.
Things I dislike, in general: 2nd Person POV, animal cruelty, character bashing, glorified gay bashing, cheating on partners, dental practice AUs, non-con, pwp, explicit sex scenes, scatology, watersports, issuefic**, politics, COVID
** As the mods noted, "issuefic" has a variety of meanings. My meaning: a story where the fact that something could be an issue is the focus. For example, if I ask for slash A/B, and they are in the military, a story about how they can't be out because military - that's issuefic. If chara C is ace, a story about how her mother thinks that ace is a made up thing, or that gays should burn in hell - that's issuefic. They can be gay and fix the spaceship! Or they can be ace and win the spelling bee! Just, I don't want the story to be about how *whatever* is problematic or hard or dangerous in the wider sociopolitical context. I have real life for that. I hope that makes sense, and if you have any questions, please feel free to have the mods ask me for clarification.
Other things, in general: You may treat all my character requests as "OR" requests, not "And" requests. That is, if I request A, B and C, and you have a great idea for just B, go for it!
Oh, and because I know some people are tetchy about it: if you would like to attempt a Misses Claus fill or a Chromatic fill with one of my prompts, that's cool. :D Some of mine have specific prompts for Crueltide or others that you are more than welcome to play with!

Request Fandom 1: Dragonriders of Pern – Anne McCaffrey
Menolly, Robinton
Request: Harpers! I'd love something set right after Menolly's second book, when she's in the hall and finding her place. Please treat as an OR request, and feel free to invite other Harpers like Piemur, Domick, and Silvina. And of course fire lizards!
More Details: Pretty much I always ask for Harpers, because the world just needs more Harper-fic. In addition to the time period mentioned above, Menolly before coming to the Hall, anything in Robinton's history, or anything with either of them in the AIVIS era. I love music but don't know much technical about it, so feel free to handwave. I love Menolly's fish-out-of-water era, Robinton's friendship with F'lon, and pretty much everything about everyone in the AVIS era. Fire lizards and dragons are welcome to play as well. Dragonrider!AU for either would be fun. Menolly/Sebell, Menolly/Robinton, Menolly/Robinton/Sebell, Robinton/F'lon, or gen, please.
Request Fandom 2: The Outer Worlds (Video Game)

Request: Okay, I love this game. I would love something character specific or something world building. ADA is so sassy and savage. So is Nyoka. Parvati is such a sweet, innocent, ace bean. Anything with them interacting with each other or with the others would be great. But also, what is it like to live in this world? What is it like to be a marauder, or an iconoclast, or to bend the rules on Groundbreaker or Monarch? Heck, what is it like to be a rapt or manti? Are they sentient at all? Gimmie! (Crueltide ok)
More Details: Feel free to focus on any or none of the characters. I do love Parvati, Nyoka, ADA, Ellie, and SAM the most. Sometimes the background conversations between the companions are hilarious, so anything exploring their interrelationships would be great. Alternatively, pick any community in the 'verse and delve into it. There are hints of cannibalism and cruel experiments and vicious monsters, so if you want to explore the darker side, I'm all for that too. Crueltide ok. (See deets) Parvati/Nyoka, Parvati/Junlei, Parvati/Ellie, Nyoka/Ellie, ADA/SAM, ADA/Parvati, and gen are all great.
I know the game is like this because you play the Captain, but I struggle to read second person POV, so please don't.
Request Fandom 3: Tricksters - Tamora Pierce
Alianne Cooper, Dovasary Balitang, Kyprioth
Request: I would love anything set during or after the books. Any scenes from within the rebellion, Dove and Aly talking late at night, Dove being queen, Aly being spymaster, Kyprioth interfering in either of those two jobs, Kyprioth making another wager with/assignment for Aly… or whatever you can think of. Feel free to treat as an 'or' request. If you just want to write Kyprioth, maybe something from before the series, plotting to take back his throne, or during the series, eagerly watching his trick play out.
More Details: I love Aly's love of life and the pleasure she gets from doing spy things. Her depth of knowledge and sneaky ways are very impressive. Her way of living with one finger stuck in everyone else's business while seeming to be nowhere near them is great as well. In Choice, the way she moves between the family, the conspirators, and her day job with the goats and crows and Kyprioth is fascinating. In Queen, the way she knows what everyone is doing, including her fellows, by way of the darkings is fabulous. The way she moves in the shadows for so long and then all of a sudden there is a huge result (a la Topabaw) is fascinating. And her personality in general I just adore.
I love how calculating Dove is; she thinks before she speaks and she always wants to learn more about everything. The loyalty/friendship/potentially love between her and Aly is fabulous to watch as it develops. I also love the differences between her and Sarai, and how the Raka have to get used to her. As a bookworm myself, her quieter personality, and the way various people interpret it, really hit home with me.
Kyprioth as a trickster is love, but there is also this intense dark side to him. The years of pain, the insane anger, the Godly power... all the things he masks, but which pop out on occasion. He's so complex! And at the same time such a ham! I love his relationship with Aly, and what little we see of his relationships with his non ruling siblings (Graveyard Hag, implied Jaguar Goddess, etc). More of him interacting with them would be great too!
Gen is fine, Aly/Nawat, Aly/Kyprioth, Aly/Dove, or any combo thereof, are also great!

Hades
Request: I love snarky, sassy Hades in this movie. His attitude, his mood swings, his plotting, his understandable dislike of his idiot brother, etc. All wonderful. I'd love to see him pre- or post- movie. Maybe this Hades's version of some other Hades story from the mythology. (Crueltide ok)
More Details: I've always been a fan of Greek mythology, and Hades so often seems to be shafted by it. Like, he is assigned to the underworld, with no option to refuse. He is told that he can have Persephone for a bride by her father Zeus, but then he's attacked for it by Demeter, and Zeus is like "who me?" Just, repeatedly shafted. And the Disney Hades portrays some of that attitude in his reactions to Zeus and the others. You might also notice that I've got a thing for snarky ones, and he fits that bill too! Feel free to fill in a missing moment from those 18 years, or otherwise a pre-/post- movie check in with this lovable baddy.** Again, like I said, taking any story from the actual mythology and showing it from the POV of this Hades would be brilliant!

**I never saw the TV show, so I won't understand specific references to it.
Cale Tucker
Request: This was one of my favorite movies when I was younger. I loved Cale for his snark and his put upon-ness and his competence and just unf. Anything with him having to grow up on the hard streets of space, or anything about building Bob, or just... anything Cale. :D (Crueltide ok)
More Details:Yet again my love for the snarky ones shines thru. I feel so hard for Cale. He went thru so much shit growing up, and then they're like, 'here you're the chosen one with the sparkly DNA too!' What must it have been like for him to be waiting so long for his dad to come. When did he give up? What was it like growing up among aliens, outside of the protective enclave of human ships? Angst is totally great for this fill!
Or, you know, how does one start a civilization up again from scratch on an empty planet? Does Cale take charge, or does he try to go be a hermit and the humans keep pulling him back into the spotlight. "But you're the savior!" Or does he say fuck it and go off on another space adventure with Stith and Gune and maybe Akima? (I'm neutral on her, feel free to include or not)
If you want to go a little darker, some AU with the Drej or Korso capturing Cale would not go amiss. Psychological torture is fine here. Mild physical sci-fi torture is ok here (YES: "the space laser made him feel like his whole body was on fire." or "The drej machine electrocuted him again" NO: Detailed descriptions of slicing his flesh or breaking bones or whatever. Feel free to handwave and just not make it too graphic, if that makes sense. If it doesn't, feel free to poke mods and I'll try to be more specific.)
Gen or just minor background relationships, please.

More Details: Yes, I love the worldbuilding of this movie. It has a similar vibe to movies like Van Helsing, with that old-timey feel, and then they pull out a steampunk/gaslamp "machine gun" or whatever. Anything exploring the world would be great. That said, I also ship the dirtybadwrong sibcest here. I love how co-dependent they are, and how they just know each other so well. One knows what the other needs, without explanations being necessary. If you want to write them as non-shippy co-dependent siblings, I'd love that too! A missing scene of them taking care of each other, needing to be saved, saving each other, doing the job and getting paid, etc, would be great. Snark is welcome! :)
Please no AUs that change the time period, as that gaslamp fantasy/steampunk world is part of what I'm in this for. If you're into the '04 Van Helsing movie, or '03 League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, a crossover or cameo might be cool. Maybe the sibs are invited to join the League? Or run into Van Helsing and Carl? But please don't feel like that is a hard requirement - just an off the cuff suggestion! :)
